Julien Kitchen的主廚Julien陳居禮，以第一名優異的成績畢業於法國藍帶學校，還曾經在米其林二星餐廳實習。身為川菜第二代，亦有深厚的中餐底子。除了當廚師以外，也任教於社區大學。
Julien Kitchen結合冰淇淋及私廚的概念，期待用冰淇淋讓更多人微笑。私廚的點餐方式，更能讓顧客與主廚面對面交流，參與整個料理的設計過程。
